zwei.7 hosts workshop on the topic company valuation

In accordance with the theme of the #einblicke – “Insights” – workshop series, zwei.7 gave interested business owners from around Osnabrück a few insights behind the scenes of the M&A business in a short but power-packed three-hour workshop. By the end, no question was left unanswered and there was unanimous agreement: this was a fantastic kickoff to the #einblicke series of seminars. More are guaranteed to follow.

zwei.7 goes green

The zwei.7 Group recently took a major step toward carbon neutrality. Since early summer, we have supported the Allianz für Entwicklung und Klima [Alliance for Development and the Climate]. After external audits, workshops for our team members, and offsetting our carbon footprint, we were successfully certified as carbon-neutral at our Osnabrueck location.

zwei.7 further expands its investment activities

The Family-Equity-Company zwei.7 in Osnabrück further expands its successful investment activities in medium-sized businesses. For this reason the socalled "zwei.7-Beteiligungsmanufaktur GmbH" was founded as wholly-owned subsidiary. The new managing director Norbert Fürchtl takes the responsibility and especially drives the integration of Co-investors forward in the future.

zwei.7 wants to save HelpAge

April 2020

In financial terms, the Corona crisis results in losses and payment difficulties, affecting also the aid organisation HelpAge. Yet: Unity is strength. HelpAge and Karsten Wulf, Managing Director of the zwei.7 group, are already in close contact since 2016. When Wulf was informed about the financial shortage of the non-profit organisation, he activated his network in order to achieve another donation of 100.000 Euros.

Ossenberg GmbH remains together with zwei.7 on a growth path

Beside securing an outstanding market position, the innovation of the products marks an central aspect of the takeover. Already 2,2 million products are produced each year. Currently, based on Corona-related changes, the family-equity-company focuses not only on the production of walking aids and forearm support, but additionally on air inhalation masks and disinfectant.

zwei.7-Group participates in Ossenberg GmbH

The Family-Equity-company zwei.7 participates in the Ossenberg Group, market leader for walking aids and forearm supports in Germany. The zwei.7-Group from Osnabrück achieves the first successful aquisition in the field of healthcare, since the founding in 2018. By common accord between both companies, the strong growth of the last years will be further intensified.

New shareholding: LevlUp

Since December 2019 the zwei.7-group has holdings of the e-commerce company LevlUp, which is positioned as one of the German market leaders in the field of energy drinks especially for the eSport/ Gamer market.

Christmas promotion 2019

We should maintain traditions: That is why we have designed our Christmas cards again in Osnabrück. This time in collaboration with the Paulus daycare center in Tannenburgstraße. During the jolly Christmas party, in between games and singing, a check for EUR 2,700 was handed over and as appreciation for the painted pictures, all children were happy to receive Christmas presents.
